I can't imagine whats not to like about fruits and vegetables, but you can eat whole grains, rice, pasta, eggs, cheese (made with vegetarian rennet) cous cous, tofu, seitan, quinoa, mochi, arapa, pupusa, breads, cakes, cookies, crackers, millet, flax, fake meat, tomato sauce, alfredo, goodness, the list is endless. Try veggies that you haven't tried before, or try preparing them differently, like oven baked rutabegga or turnip fries, stuffed artichoke, baked apples, poached pears, etc. Open your mind, and you will open many doors

but also there are:
-beans
-lentils
-nuts
-tofu and
-MANY other soya products

Pasta is OK for vegetarians to eat. If you don't like vegetables, why are you a vegetarian? And what's a Vegan anyway?

Veggies are good and good for you, especially the green ones such as lettuce and broccoli. I am not a vegetarian, but I do like veggies.

As a vegetarian, my opinion is this:
1. you can eat your vegetables and like it
2. eat Quorn products
3. eat meat and get over it

You will still need to take vegetarian support multi-vitamins.
