You can't just rid your body of fat in one area. You have to lose overall body fat to decrease the extra fat around your waist. That means you have to start eating healthier and exercise.

chrful is correct. The last place most loose fat is the belly. Excercises won't help to loose fat there, only strengthen muscles way below the fat. So, while excercise is great, the only way to shrink the belly is to shrink the calorie intake for the day, quite a few days.

that just seems picky. there is no one exercise that only gets rid of "excess waist fat". other muscle groups are involved.

well u should try to do crunchs cuz that focuses more on ur waist and stomache
