i had two operations of stomach. one while delivering a baby and another one of gall bladder removal because of 250 stones inside. multipal calculli stones. and i always suffers from too much constipation.plz tell me what shoul i do???

the answer may sound too simple and short but if you pursue it diligently then you would surely get good results.

have a balanced diet with least of heavy/fried/fatty foods. Not for few months..but as long as you dont die (im serious)

Then do yoga..it works like magic. Again you have to do regularly and diligently...but do it under some guidance as you have had a stomach surgery. You can also try brisk walking/ Jogging.

In any case apart from diet one..i suggest you consult a physician first!
