picadilla is ground beef recipe used in rellenos, spaghetti w/meat sauce and many other dishes. Corned beef (spanish style) comes from a can and you mix it with sofrito and tomato sauce and potatos to serve with rice. Both are very yummy.

Interesting.. where I come from Corned Beef Hash is leftover corned beef and potatoes with onions sauteed together in a heavy skillet. Then served with gravy over it.

not really.At least not to my knowledge.
Corned beef hash is basically leftover corned beef and cabbage (both chunky), then drained and cooked in a pan with some onions and peppers until it turns golden brown.
Picadillo is mostly ground beef and smaller pieces of veggies, and hash is chunky and salty- kind of like giant chunky pancake
