My roommates blood pressure just jumped up 40 points in the last 4 months. She wasn't put on any medication, but is freaking out. She eats very healthy, doesn't smoke, works out regularly, but doesn't sleep much. Any ideas? Advice?

It's not silent! Make sure she takes her meds and Dr appointments .Veg diet, cut down of the fried foods, salt, fat and less fast food. I know when I started Yoga my blood pressure went down 5 back to 110

Well first it would be nice to know what her blood pressure was prior toi jumping up the 40 points. Was it the top number or bottom number that jumped? Has this been consistent over the past 4 months? how often does she check her blood pressure? Is she pregnant?
