That would be the aorta. It's the main artery carrying oxygenated blood that is pumped out through the left ventricle to the rest of the body.

Instead of typing your homework questions into Yahoo Answers, why don't you read the textbook and figure it out? You could also look up cardiac anatomy and physiology yourself online, and, hey, you might actually learn something rather than just pass the test.
