Yes you can...To help prevent it...Don't brush your teeth that day (I know sick but without brushing your gums are not as open)...Don't kiss someone if you have open sours in your month...!!!

All kinds of infectios diseases. Bacteria is in the mouth, so you can get whatever the person you are kissing has, especially herpes, and it doesn't have to show.
Know the person well before you become intimate, then after several weeks you can kiss. Or is that too much for you to tolerate?
