A vacuum in the middle and blood full of air bubbles, sloshing sound perpetually coming out of rib cage like there is a Niagra Falls under your shirt.

This is impossible, the heart is a muscle that contracts and relaxes completely or not at all. The heart is controlled by a built in pacemaker and one side pumps blood in and the other pumps it out.

You will start to walk with a tilt! After a few more steps you will falter in your steps. Next thing - you will faint. You will be in the ICU. If you are not wealthy and lucky you will have a peaceful end.

Actually this is impossible, but if it does happen then the heart will burst. you can try this experiment with pipes or straws
