Yes, a yeast infection can be transmitted from you to your BF. The symptoms are similar to yours (itchy, red, discharge, pain during urination) and he needs medication to clear it up as well.

Here are some of the more common symptoms you may experience with a male yeast infection.
Men and boys most commonly experience digestive problems and all the related problems as the number one symptom.
The more common symptoms of male yeast infection are constipation, bad breath, bloating, indigestion, frequent intestinal gas, frequent diarrhea, very loose stools, sexual dysfunction, irratibility and mood swings, fatigue or lack of energy, memory loss, jock itch, dry itchy flaky skin, athletes feet, and prostate problems.
You may also develop a craving for sweets, pastas, chips, etc. Any of the foods that feed the male yeast infection since the parasite demands to be fed, and you will more than likely feed it, until you realize you have it, and do something about it.

yes he can show signs, but not always, alot of men never have symptoms like women do, the bad thing about that is you canhave one and get it cleared up and then get it again from him because even though he may show no symtoms he will still pass it back to you and you will have the ymtoms again even though he does not-it is best for him to be treated as well when you have had one and have had unprotected sex

usally your discharge is very white and like clumpy. That would be the only thing that he could see. I would be having my bofriend down there until everything is cleared. You could pass it on to him.
