i am having shortest of breath and my chest has this heat feeling. can this me serious?

You really need to go to the emergency room ASAP. It could be something like acid reflux or a heart attack. Don't risk it. Whatever it is, early intervention is alwasys helpful.
You will feel at peace once you know what it is, is not and how to treat it. Feel better and go to the doctor......

You probably have heart burn
if your chest is feeling a pain or something feelz like fire then its heart burn

you could have upper respiratory infection
or Bronchitis.I say you need to make a Dr apt and have it checked out.

It could be serious or it could be indigestion/acid reflux. If it persists contact your doctor.

It sounds like an upper resporatory problem but since my husband is a heart patient, please please get it checked out.
