There is nothing particularly unhealthy in Jell-O. Possibly the worst thing about it is the added sugar, but even then you can get sugar-free varieties. It has zero fat and cholesterol, and only about 90mg of sodium per serving.
The sugar free versions are considered healthy.
If you are a vegetarian, look for Jello made with agar instead.
Everything in moderation, balance is the key.

NO. not at all healthy especially not for kids.(not healthy for adults but kids will be affected more).
Jello is made up of gelatin, artificial color, water and artificial sweetner. How healthy can that be. Most of the gelatin is animal source
You willl get a list of E code additives used.
Colors used in jello cause anything from uticaria(nettle rash) to liver failure. Other side effects will be AHDH (rage disease).
The aspartame is most dangerous when in jello.
Stay away from jello. Eat something natural.
Btw Aspartame is addictive.

Healthy,I would think it would be healthier than a bag of chips.I know that it has a certain amount of Vitamin C in it.Plus it hydrates you when it turns back to liquids...My kids lived on it after having a fever...good question.

It's not healthy, but it is a fun and tasty treat. Eat it in moderation and it won't be unhealthy for your body.

oh, good heavens no, on so many levels. First, it is made with gelatine, which comes from boiling the bones, ligaments, tendons, and skins of slaughtered cows and pigs. Second, it has food coloring made from crushed dead cochlear beatles (carmine-google it) It has preservatives, artificial flavors, and loads of other toxic stuff. You would be doing yourself a favor if you learned to use a product called "agar agar", which gels foods very well, and makes a good jello like substance, just by adding it to a healthy juice
