Also, Kiwi has more potassium than a banana.
I just looked it up at the USDA nutritional website.
If you eat a 100 grams of each fruit,
Kiwi has 92.7 mg of vitamin C
An orange has 53.2 mg of vitamin C

The goose berry beats all fruits it has 30 times more vitamin c than an orange.

If any one has heard of Ray Miers (the bush craft guy) well in England there's a plant(don't know what it is weather fruit or Veg) that's supposedly has more than that of a kiwi. But you'd have to look into it as I didn't catch the episode

acerola has more vitamin c than anything else.
