It just means that you may have been born with it. Something was not wired right with your central nervous system so probably not something they can fix other than giving you seizure meds.

CNS = central nervous system

it means the seizures may be because of some faulty wiring in the brain i.e. epilepsy

What is meant is the seizures may be caused by a problem in the central nervous system that was passed on genetically.
