There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

If they are washed properly then you shouldn't.
But this "Herpes viruses are contagious. Contact may occur directly, or through contact with infected razors, towels, dishes, and other shared articles. Please note that cold sores can cause genital herpes and genital herpes can cause pharyngitis." Well, the herpes virus' die easily. You would need to have sores, or have an asymptomatic outbreak, use the towel, razor, or wipe the dishes on the sores, then make someone else rub it on them within a minute or something. And who does that?

Undergarments should be washed in boiling water and make them dry in hot sunshine. Otherwise you may catch STD.

Er...if you think you may have an STD then get it checked out.
If you're worried that it's your sister who has an STD then don't let her wear your pants (and tell her that you're worried for her and she should get herself checked out|)!

If they have been washed correctly at 60 degrees C you should be okay. If they were done at low temperature not so good.
