Of an std such as herpes or wart on my penis from just a pimple?

herpes itches like hell and burn like hell aswell.
usually it's more like a rash with cysts, doesn't really look like a wart or pimple.

It can be very hard to tell. Yes, for some herpes hurt and itch but that is not the case for most. The majority of those with the virus (as many as 90%) don't even know they have herpes because they have such mild symptoms or no symptoms at all. Genital herpes is a very common virus infecting about 25% of the population.
Everyone who is sexually active should be tested for herpes. This is especially so if you suspect something unusual such as a pimple or infection in the genital area.

if it is a wart it will turn white if you put white winegar on a cloth and apply it to the area
