That is hypoglycemia, your body may be producing too much insulin and causing that. Diabetes is when your body stops making insulin, or doesn't produce enough to keep up with a normal diet, and you end up with high blood sugar.

Low blood sugar is hypoglycemia. It can be an indication that you may become diabetic if you are not careful. I was hypoglycemic for many years. Now I am diabetic. Diabetes is High blood suger or Hyperglycemia. Your body does not create enough insulin to balance your blood sugar levels down to normal. When you are hypoglycemic you need to eat a little something about every 4 hrs. That does not mean over eat, but have proper meals and often a snack (fruit or raw vegies etc) in between. Don't skip meals and eat a balanced meal. Refer to a healthy eating guide/plan.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Having low blood sugar does not always mean that you are diabetic. Peoples blood sugar levels fluctuate. For instance in the morning before you eat typically your blood sugar levels are lower then normal. Ask your doctor if he thinks that you are diabetic and if you are more then likely you can control it by eating a healthy diet. Your doctor will want to check your blood sugar more then once to look for trends so in the mean time eat healthy and stay away for the sweets. Best of luck.

Low blood sugar is a different problem from diabetes. Diabetics do not make insulin to use sugar effectively---the pancreas is not functioning properly---shots or pills have to do that job the pancreas should be doing. Everyone is different when it comes to diagnosing the levels---got to have an endrochronologist for specialized help. Low sugar is too much insulin---you use your sugar too fast--you need to get a diet controlled regiment of foods that will supply a steady flow of sugar to your body----hey--No candy just yet--that is way too dangerous. You need a protein rich diet, low carbohydrates( bad sugar)----take vitamin B along with 4, 5 , or 6 small snacks a day--evenly spaced for your activity level. Sugars are stored in the liver--they naturally release but you need the vitamin B to help with that function. NO SODA, NO additives ending in "OSE" or "TOL" and MSG---dangerous artificial sweenteners---stay away from HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP or SWEETENERS---grapes and raisins are BAD, too. Brown sugar, maple, honey---all bad news. White flour is BAD--limit this stuff to small amounts---half a peanut butter sandwich---NO JELLY. Eat salads, melons, nuts, steak, beef, fish, small tiny potatoes--baked.
It is not a bad thing to have--just learn to control the food intake and balance the sugar in a healthy way. Candy or raw sugar intake is BAD---you will pass out if the roller coaster effect kicks in---by the time you drive a car, you better have this under control--you can't be a danger on the roads--passing out while driving is a reason for license loss. Keep a mint or two handy. Eat half a cheese sandwich, make a chicken and eat the protein rich breast meat. Have a potato baked and some beans---never canned veggies--read the label--packed in sugar---get FROZEN veggies....peas or beans. eat a banana, but no pineapple or grapes--an orange or some apple is good. Lots of normal food to eat--just read the labels and do the right thing----AND NO ALCOHOL__EVER___NO BEER----you can be days in an unconscious state. Get to a doctor every year--and follow this diet plan---it's easy---I do just fine at 59--and I am a firefighter.

There is a lot of stuff on the internet that is basically fat-shaming diabetics for causing their own diabetes with their bad diet and lack of exercise and general lack of moral fibre. A lot of this stuff is written by non-doctors, often with a supplement or diet or training plan to sell that they claim will completely cure diabetes if only people stick to it.
I read this interesting book https://tr.im/1VsJQ that gave me a lot of useful tips about my disease and also a different perspective on the best therapeutical approach. I think you should read it too.
