you can check with her doctor and see if she would qualify for physical therapy. they can assist her with strengthening exercises, plus they can teach you how to help her exercise at home. some facilities make home visits, if she is unable to go to their office.

hell ricardo

my neighbor was suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and a bad knee injury from 30 years ago. he is now 76 years young and has been dealing with many health issues. he drinks a juice that is really goo for inflammation and muscle rejuvenation. surprisingly diabetics take the juice and most cases help them. some after seeing their Dr. have some of the prescriptions reduced and some do not need their medications anymore.
see the source. talk too your Dr. too find out what he or she thinks as well.

range of motion exercises :) Also, if she needs aid, then I think she should have aid. That's the most important thing you can do....if her muscles get weaker, she won't be able to move as well and she will probably get really depressed about it. The most important thing you can for her self-esteem is to encourage her to continue to use those muscles as well as she can.

Hi,
Have you ever heard of Goji Juice? Goji facilitates the secretion and release of hGH. which is responsible for many of the body's important maintenance, repair and development functions. These include the production of lean muscle and the incorporation of calcium into bones and teeth. to see more go to www.sharegoji.com

There's an exercise program on TV that's chair exercising-it looks like very low impact. Other than that, you could massage her legs and arms.

Well she can't work out, that's for sure. I say massage her leg and arm muscles.
