I recently hears that hot cheetos have pork enzymes in them. I am a vegetarian, so I would like to know what enzymes are. Please give me proof of this.

Do not eat them if they are not from a health food store, that charged you at least thirty dollars a bag for them, they would definitely not be KOSHER! I know it only entails a blessing

Read the label on the Cheetos. If you have any doubts and it does not say "Vegan" or "Vegetarian" on the bag; then it has some meat or flesh component in the product.

the only enzymes I see are milk enzymes..I see plenty of dairy ingredients , but no pork............................................................ an enzyme is .. any of various proteins, as pepsin, originating from living cells and capable of producing certain chemical changes in organic substances by catalytic action, as in digestion.

It doesn't look as if there are any pork products in it, but there are milk-based ingredients, so it won't be fully vegan.

I've heard this before but never got any straight answer from Frito-Lay other than them saying that Cheetos are not certified Kosher.
