I'm 14, I'm turning 15 in a week, but I would want to see lipglosses, any kind of make up. Um cellphone charms would be cute, it doesnt have to be too expensive. Key chains or hairbrushes, bracelets or necklaces. Anything along those lines. I'd love to see those kinds of things in a gift bag!

Trial size face masks and travel size lotions. Small bubbles baths. Maybe one really nice lipgloss in each bag. Go to an accessory store to see if they have a sale and buy cute cheap earrings. Cookies decorated with the theme or their first letter in their name.
If you dont have the gift bad already you could use canvas bags and have one of the activities at the party be decorate the bag. They normally have them at dollar stores.

Go to the dollar store and stock up on lots of lip glosses, flavored lipbalms, nail polish, brand name hair care products (you'd be surprised what you can buy at the dollar store or in trial sizes), hair brushes, hair ties and clips, mirror compacts, bath oil beads, lotions, body spray, basically anything with teenage cosmetic appeal.
You can also take a photo of each girl with your daughter on a digital camera, and print it out during the party. Stick them in inexpensive 4x6 frames and you have an instant personalized gift.
You are really better to stick to quantity over quality, since the girls who are already into cosmetics are probably nearly as fussy about brand as adult women, and those who are not will probably have a fair amount of their loot confiscated by mom before she ever wears it. Dollar store and clearance rack finds tend to be the way to go.

fragrance set from Victoria's secret or Bath and Body Works Shop; gift certificate from the mall (because that's where they like to go); some lottery tickets (because they can't buy their own); two movie tickets and a gift certificate from a favorite restaurant in the mall (before or after the movie).
It doesn't have to be a big bag...
