are you sure that if she choked on throw up, and if it did possibly get in her lungs,
then what is her problem with her heart

she throws up purposely. GIVE ME SOME INFO!!

I'm not quite sure what your question is asking, but I'll give it a shot.

If your friend vomits and breathes in her "Throw Up", she can get aspiration pneumonia. If it's bad enough, she could require mechanical ventilation. I'll include a link with more information below.

As for your question about her heart... I'm not too sure. However, people with eating disorders do tend to have cardiac problems. Karen Carpenter died of cardiac failure secondary to her eating disorder. (Basically, the heart muscle gets starved and cease to function).

If your friend abuses vomiting inducing medication (Emetics), that may be an extra problem all together. "Repeated abuse is believed to cause damage to the heart, which can ultimately result in the user's death." -quoted from T. Silber, citation in the source list.
