Deep fried turkey testicles. I'm not kidding, they were a yearly event in my old town. And they're surprisingly good.

So far the weirdest thing I've eaten has been alligator, but a lot of people think sushi is weird. It really depends on the perspective of the other person.

Grilled Pig Uterus on a stick.
(It was given to me in Japan. I didn't order it.)
The taste wasn't bad, but the texture was really chewy.

Cow tongue!!!
I didn't know it was cow tongue until I was done eating it. It was chopped up and cooked into tacos. I have to admit they were pretty good. I would never eat them again though, because knowing it is cow tongue is just to gross.
