Go to Nobu in London and hire one of their chefs. Alternatively: Cafe Japan in Golders Green or Kulu Kulu in Soho. And Hi Sushi as well.

I'm lucky enough to live in Japan, and I love it. Yesterday for lunch I went to a revolving sushi bar. The plates come around and you take whatever you fancy. After you finish, you pay per plate. I had tuna, spicy cod roe, sea urchin, fish sperm and salmon roe. Yummy!

I am eating homemade sushi that I made last night right now! Homemade wasabi, homemade picked ginger, yum, yum. Sushi is really easy to make at home. You pick the nice fresh ingredients you want
