how long does surgery take when they are removing a part of the lung?

I was in the operating room for 6.5 hours, 5 hours in recovery, 1 night in ICU and 5 days on the surgical step down unit......you may email me if you have more questions...I would be happy to discuss...good luck and god bless

I depends on what part of the lung, how badly damaged it is, and the health of the patient. It's really hard to say without more information. Good Luck!
