"Little bumps" can be anything! It can be genital herpes, genital warts, razor burn, pimples, ingrown hairs, rash, etc.
If you are really concerned, see a doctor! They are the ones that will be able to properly diagnose you and offer treatment, not someone online! Good luck!

if it's something new definitely have it checked no matter what you think it is. but it could be a number of things- herpes or gential warts for starters. see someone for diagnosis and treatment- the sooner the better. and avoid sex- you might spread it depending on location and/or what it actually is.
