Could be. I had asthma and didn't know. Still believe it's a myth, only because of all the drama associated with asthma. Yes I do have it and yes I have shortness of breath but maybe I'm just outa shape.

Your lungs were filled up from the cold, and it made it harder to breathe. If you had excersize-induced asthma, it wouldn't be a one-time shortness of breath. It would happen every time you did physical activity.

A typical asthmatic has more difficulty breathing out than breathing in. Is that how it is for you, or have you just got brochitis. If you think you do have asthma, then go to your doctor.

Did you feel tightness in the chess and did your exhalation was longer from your inhalation? Did you develop excessive cough as well when you have the attack? Do you have history of allergy to dust, pollen, animal's hair or other things like that? If you have then better go and see your doctor.
