I do get my blood checked and they always say that it is at the right level. It has only been too low once and that was over ten years ago. That has not happened since.

I was told to avoid citrus type drinks. So if I get low blood sugar I may have a glass of milk or 2 crackers with some peanut butter on them.

One last thing have you gotten blood work done to make sure you are not overdosing on your seizure meds?
