I assume you are considering having sex with someone who has diabetes? That will not expose you to any additional risks (you can't catch diabetes from him or anything like that). The usual risks related to sex still apply, of course (STDs, pregnancy, etc).

Aside from the sex issue, there are various health complications associated with diabetes. I've included links below as FYI. Hopefully your friend is carefully managing his diabetes and will avoid such problems.

Hopefully your husband is a controlled diabetic who takes good care of himself. If he is, that should help slow any possible complications associated with diabetic men. If he does not, you can expect to one day have issues with erectile dysfunction. I hope and pray that never happens to him. Best wishes!

no problems at all, but eventually he will get enough nerve dammage he wont be able to get an erection so do it lots now. in ten or twenty years he wont be able to do it at all. good luck.

you shouldn't have anything to worry about... however eatable underwear...... probably not a good idea.....
