I need some help and general ideas on how or should i pursue a legal issue pertaining to a medication I was on manufactured by Elly lilly a huge drug maker. This pill has been around for about 8 years and they have pending suits because of false misleading ads and some people that have developed diabetes. I have never been diagnosed with full blown diabetes but have had some sugar level issues as well as some bad effects while on the drug. Do I have a legitimate issue and complaint? if so what is the next and proper steps without spending alot of wasted time and money on attorneys when i may not have a case. Information is needed thanks so much.

no you don't have a case. In order for you to have a case you need to have proven debilitating effects caused by a medication you took. They need to be documented by a physician and be acutual physical aliments. Not "I felt really sick for a long time" or "I took the drugs and had a headache for months"

Stop looking for ways to get rich quick......you make me sick
people like you are the reason why the healthcare system in this country sucks. My fathers (who has cancer) has to pay over 500 a month for drugs he could get overseas (if it was legal or he was well enough to go there) for half the cost because you look for ways to cheat the system......

get off your a**, go to school, and get a real job......

Run it through search engines and news alerts.

The most you could hope for is to join a class action lawsuit if there is one. Be advised that joining a class action suit against the pharmacy company will cost you and give you very little if anything.

The suits are based on the most serious cases. So if you didn't develop diabetes it doesn't mean you don't qualify. It means the majority of the damages will go to the people and their families who suffered the most.

Smaller claims like yours can be made, but you'll have to send notorized documents certified mail and in the end the court may decide not to award you a penny.

I understand that you suffered. The fact remains though, you didn't suffer as much as some other people. Courts frown upon people looking for windfalls. Move on with your life.

Anybody can sue anyone for anything.
You need more than I took a pill.
You need to show it actually did you harm.
If you have never had a doctor's report saying
that you have suffered from some medical
disorder, or have been harmed in some way...
I don't think you have a chance.
