Any back pain??? Like where the kidneys are - this area is on either side and about half way between your neck and the belt of your jeans (not low down, just above your belt).
Sounds like a water infection to me. I'm just getting over 1. I had no back pains, thank god because if you do have problems with your kidneys then it can be a little more difficult to treat. But DON'T WORRY about it just go to see Doc straight away. He/She will ask for Urine sample and maybe a swab test.
Antibiouics is the usual course of treatment for UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)
BUT use a condom every time you have sex, atleast until you know what it is if you have a girlfriend. If not then Every time!!!!!

You should go to the emergency room, immediately.
A whole host of things could be going on... some can be treated with simple antibiotics, some can in fact be life-threatening.
Be honest about your sexual activities and any other contributing factors. Your health is more important than your pride. Hope you feel better, good luck.

Although some of these answers are adequate, NEVER rely on medical advice from the internet. Go see a doc
