Not without active blood or semen on the pillow. By active, I mean still wet to the touch. HIV doesn't live outside the body for more than a few moments unless it's in it's moist environment.

HIV is spread from bodily fluid to bodily fluid contact, so unless that pillow is soaked in blood and than you ate the pillow or rubbed the blood on a gaping wound, than no.
You can't get HIV from hugging or sharing clothes either.
Just don't share needles and be cautious during sex.

NO. Even if you are used to shagging your pillow daily you will still not get the HIV from it.
If your pillow though is promiscuous and is playing around with other dudes, you might get the crabs.

Unless you bleed on your pillow and someone with an open head wound lies on your bloodied pillow within LITERALLY 10 seconds of you bleeding there....then no. The HIV virus is killed on exposure to the air within 30 seconds.

If someone slept on the pillow, no. If someone drooled on a pillow, then no. If someone bled on the pillow, and you had an open cut on ur head then theres a chance.
