For somebody who is 5'1, around 108-110 lbs, and a vegetarian ( I eat maybe 1200-1400 calories a day), how many grams of iron should I be consuming?

Women need about 18 mg per day.
Here is a great list of vegetarian iron sources... I left the meat on so you could see how it is not the best source.

You need around 15 mg per day.

No just a little it causes high blood presser when you have to much.

iron are hard to eat. You will need nail teeth to take bites.
