Foods don't trigger asthama. If you have problems with foods then it is most likely allergies to certain foods.

It's simple, asthma is a variation of allergies. Basically, certain stuff that your allergic to could cause a slight asthma reaction. But i doubt food would trigger asthma, more likely plants or pets. If your still unsure, go visit your allergist and get an allergy test; but there are a million allergy combinations and they cant possibly test all of them so they pick the most common ones to test. However, if food were to trigger asthma it would probably most likely be spicy food.
