I have had this twitching thing in my chest for like a week. At first I thought it was heart palpitations, but I think it is just a twitching muscle? Anbody know if this could be my heart>?

feel one of your pulses on your neck or wrist. If you feel it there is is probably just a harmless skipped beat that everyone gets.

Do it feel as if your heart turning over & over or something.Your muscle when the twitch in your chest it feels like your heart jumping up or down,but its not. Just the next time u have check your pulse at the same time this is going on. Your heart beating normal than u know what it is

i get heart palpitations all the time. if its a heart palpitation, you know its your heart. a little jump in your chest where your heart is. cant explain exactly how it goes... but thats the major thing with it. just listen to your heart with a stethoscope when it starts to happen, you can hear it
