pho( a soup that is like a meal) is a big part of the cuisine. you can put anythinglike meat, noodles, lots of fresh herbs and vegtables in it. the spring rolls from a vietnamese restaurant are the best i ever had. rice paper rolled with vermicelli stuffed inside them with big shrimp,mint and veggies..dipped in a fish/chili/peanut sauce..oh yum!
Very fragrant food,and delicious.

i know they eat a lot of rice, fruit, fish, and a ton of garlic, so much so that it sweats out of thier pores , whew do they smell. They eat alot of hot peppers also
