The 'best party' I ever gave for my son was his 'sixteenth' birthday ... but I hadn't given him a party when he had turned 5, so I gave him a party for a 5 year old when he turned 16. Play 'little kids games' and give 'little kids prizes' ... and since your sister has already chosen the 'black and purple fairies' for the 'decorations' then you can make a 'pin the wings on the fairy' game instead of 'pin the tail on the donkey' and you can have a 'fairly pinata' full of penny candy and little prizes ... I know it sounds 'really weird' but whether it's an 'all girls' party or a 'co-ed' party, everyone will have a BLAST 'being a five year old again' at your sister's party.

Well if it is black and pruple fairies, then that sorts the dressing up, but it doesnt help with music etc.
If you chose a diff theme, such as 60's, you could play the music too.
But i like this theme, as it keeps it all fairly orederd and similar, with room for variety. Couldnt they just dance and play truth or dare??? Or games such as twister (childish, but alwasy fun) best thing to do is ask her freinds-some of them must ahve had bday parties, and have ideas for what to do.
Sorry i couldnt help more...oh yeah and you could ahve fairy food"!!!

Remember, certain things have to be done JUST RIGHT, or else your sister will never be able to face any of her friends again.

First, your parents will have to buy her a new (no later than 2006) Lexus, either gold or white, with light blue leather interior.

Second, the entertainment at the party is very important. If you can't book Fall Out Boy or My Chemical Romance, then just forget the whole thing.

And forget about balloon-making clowns or mimes...you'll need actual, live giraffes and zebras.

If you can't manage any of that, simply move to another town.

First you have to have HOT music, like "this is why we hot" (Mims) "I Want you" (Lloyd) ect. and a dancefloor. have an awesome cake (or brownies) and you have to have pizza lots and lots of pizza! those are my ideas!
