The bone above my brest.

It is not my clavical. It is the one after my rib cage.

It sounds like your talking about your clavical. If this is true then short of trauma, there are not a whole lot of things that cause pain here. If it's chronic, then get an x-ray. Also referred pains can cause pain on the right for gallbladder issues and stomach issues on the left.

Are the pains after touching the bone, then don't touch it!!

if it's your collar bone, you may have bruised it. Go see a doctor either way, it may be more serious
