i had unprotected oral sex and i got many canker sore in my throath for the firsttime

my hiv test was -ve

but was it due to stress or sum other kinda std?

No, you can get canker sores from biting your tongue etc... I get them all the time and I'm not having sex.

What are canker sores?

Canker sores are small ulcer craters in the lining of the mouth that are frequently painful and sensitive. About 20% of the population (1 out of 5) people have canker sores at any one time. Canker sores are also medically known as aphthous ulcers.

It do not meen that you have HIv it might be something else. Just have it checked out and HIV test should be done 3-6 months after you thing you caught it. It take 12 week to six month to show up on test

It's probably actually a version of Herpes.. many people have this oral version of herpes, talk to the doctor. It's not a common sign of HIV but if you were having oral sex, you could have that, too!
