well, you would have to get HIV first before AIDS could happen, but yes, it is possible. It is also possible to get HBV, HCV or other diseases.....
they are all life threatening!
chances are, if you've resorted to self medicating with illegal drugs or prescription meds, your already ill. i would certainly try to get some help, over come your adcition and see a doctor for chronic illness-after all, depression is the first sign of something chronic going on and addiction will only make the disease worse.

Would certainly seem probable as there will likely be spittle remainig on the pipe. Spit is a bodily fluid, and it will still be warm and only seconds between exposures - and likely mutliple exposures.
