I wonder because of ecoli and other diseases people get from human feces. BTW, my girlfriend asks me to do it every time we have sex. I'm sceptical, what do you thimk?

There is a risk of gastroenteritis from those bacteria as well as hepatitis transmission and in the rare instance, parasites. Obviously the last two are only risk factors if she has them. As for the first, as long as she is clean (fresh shower) the risk is very low...but still present.
