The normal range is 65-120 but can be as high as 140 after eating a high starch or sugar meal. The thing to worry about is if your sugar rises above 140 and stays above this level for any period of time. If in doubt or you feel you have symptoms of diabetes have a Doctor do a blood test this will be a 3 month average and may even discover other problems.

A blood sugar level of 104 is within the normal range of 70-110. But a number alone doesn't give much information, it's merely a snapshot of your blood sugar at a particular time. Blood sugar levels vary for any number of reasons, most particularly in response to when you ate last. I'm not sure why you think you might be a diabetic.

No. Average blood sugar levels run from 90 to 120. depending on the person. Just keep eating right, exercise and watch the sugar consumption, especially sodas. Keep in mind the kinds of foods that turn into sugar or raise sugar levels such as rice, pasta, potatoes and all white breads. And with diabetes rampant in our society, it wouldn't hurt to have your sugar level checked by a doctor from time to time, especially if diabetes runs in your family. God bless.

Was this blood work done when you were fasting?? If not, you should have it repeated when you have not had anything to eat or drink.
No, it does not mean that you have diabetes. My friend had a blood sugar level of 106 and they told her to be careful so she did not move into pre diabetes. Drink water, keep exercising and watch your carbs and sugar. Be careful of too much juice.
You really need to see your doctor and discuss your results and concerns.

Not at all. The only way to actually tell is if they give you a simple blood test, but blood sugar at 104 is fine. Go to the doctor and get it checked out.
Good luck. Visit http://www.diabetes-today.net for more on living with diabetes on a day to day basis.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

104 is nothing to worry about and falls within the normal range (usually 80-120 is considered normal) If you have a family history of diabetes, have a doctor do periodic blood work to make sure nothing changes. Enjoy your non-diabetic status! :-) Best Wishes!

104 is a perfectly normal blood sugar, diabetic or not! Just keep exercising on a daily basis, and try to eat fewer carbohydrates.
