There are some excellent answers here, indeed women feel guilty for anything done that may be the contact of STD The Antibiotic has side effects that may cause, vaginal infections, it is good to check them out first, and have the Physician check you for any STD if you are worried. I can only add that gentle cleansing of the vaginal area with a mild vinegar and water solution and the rectal area as well eliminates a lot of the itching, that occurs even when no infection is present . Best wishes for the right answers. Get well soon.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:
https://bitly.im/aL6Hk
Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

When I was younger, I would TOTALLY freak out when I got one... the burden of being female! I always thought that maybe I had done something wrong even though I hadn't.
At this point, I would invest is some Monostat, you can get it over-the-counter, and treat your symptoms.
Now, as far as prevention, it can be caused by a couple of things, mainly heat and moisture. Avoid wearing tight jeans. If you go swimming, be sure to change into dry clothes afterwards. If you get sick and have to take antibiotics, you may get one as well. (The yeast infection is caused by an imbalance in healthy bacteria in your body and your meds may throw your body out of whack. I had this friend in HS that would get one at least every couple of months. Some people, like myself, only get it once in a blue moon; I'd get one when I was pregnant with my girls.)
Hope this helps,
Mon :-)

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about 5 yrs ago, while I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I know lots of girls will say this, but I swear I had certainly not done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date men again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/yhQX6 everything improved.
Not only was I able to eliminate all remnants of the herpes virus from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This method provided me the chance to be happy and experience true love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the World.

If you have herpes it's yours forever(no cure), you can control it with a natural supplement called Beta 1,3-D Glucan.Find all the data at www.dna911.info.If you have a yeast infection (candida),there is a natural supplement that may help you without nasty drugs. It is called Total Immune Booster and data is at the same web site. You are better off with natural supplements than harsh drugs and their side effects.

Get checked for diabetes and change your diet. I cut out bread, eat brown rice and pasta, eats oats for breakfast, just avoiding yeasty products and avoid excess sugar and processed foods. this has helped me alot and it is finally gone, also wear clean underpants everyday and wear cottons. i had to stop wearing g strings everyday and now only wear them on special occasions.
