Try Green People
http://www.greenpeople.co.uk/default.aspx
They have all the products you're looking for.
Just be careful though as some of them are not vegan (the ones containing beewax for example), but in this case it will be mentioned, don't worry. Vegan products have the "Suitable for vegan" logo.
You can also find their products in some health shops around the UK. Otherwise, their online shop is great and it usually takes less than a week for delivery.
I really love their products. Highly recommended.
Have just read the next post (by Gabriella).
Be careful with Weleda products. They're not vegan: most of them contain beewax.
Sorry Gabriella.

I don't know their shipping policy to the UK, but I know that Garden Botanika is generally vegetarian and vegan friendly. They do stray a little bit (milk in some products, pearl dust in another, honey in some soaps, etc), but they list all their ingredients on their site so that you can make a fully educated decision. Their products are top notch and I personally use them reguarly.

The Vegan Store has all that goodness
http://www.veganstore.co.uk/
http://www.veganstore.com/
I shop there all the time for products I can't find in stores near me. If nothing else, you can see what brands are vegan and maybe be able to find them in stores.
Some brands are Tom's, Jason and Kiss My Face, but they carry several others as well.
:)

Try http://www.lizearle.com. Some of the products do contain animal derived ingredients (beeswax, propolis & manuka honey) but there's a detailed list of ingredients on each product's page.
They smell absolutely gorgeous and what's better, they do work!

Yes, the Body Shop is owned by L'Oreal and partly by Nestle ( an even bigger no-no) Apparently they stick to their non-animal testing policy, but then again...
I have been told that the term "Clinically tested" can stand for anything.
Did you try Weleda? I have used some of their products for years/

I don't know if Lush have an online service but I heartily recommend their cosmetics. They are all vegan and cruelty free and they smell like heaven on a stick.

Lush - www.lush.com
They have not been tested on animals, have no animal products, Lush is brilliant, it is all handmade and it smells great! Recommend the bath bombs they are great!!!
Bath bombs I recommend (they are Vegan):
Black Pearl
Description: The Black Pearl is a dark, mysterious Ballistic named in honour of Captain Jack Sparrow's ship in Pirates of the Caribbean. (We like Johnny Depp and we reckon Orlando Bloom's not bad either.) It is studded with crystals of sea salt and scented with lavender and blackcurrant. Inside each one there's a wise saying, a "pearl of wisdom" to enlighten you in your search for treasure.
Happy Pill
Description: Fizz right back to happiness: with one part refreshing grapefruit, one part cheerful mandarin and lemon. Drop into a warm bath for fizz and fragrance.
Waving not drowning:
Description: Waving Not Drowning is the grown up version of the Ickle Baby Baff, the full strength, no holds barred, 'do not bathe then use heavy machinery' Bath Ballistic. The best thing about it is that it helps to send you off to the Land of Nod but lets you wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and wonderful, not as if you've been hit on the head with a mallet. Each small violet-blue ball contains a mass of essential oils designed to calm down the mind, to stop worries in their tracks, put everything back into perspective and leave you ready for beddie-byes and a good night's sleep. Try a Waving Not Drowning if you have trouble sleeping. It's good. You'll like it. You'll want a few of them.
