Q for Muslims!!!?

Question

Why are you as a religiouse people/society causing so much trouble all over the world??

Even the so called peacefull followers of Islam tend to have sympathy with the ones that are causing the trouble.

Because their so called "Prophet" Muhammed told them to make war on the infidels. They slaughtered Jews and Christians all over the world but we are only realizing their violentness since they attacked us here in the United States. I tell you, there is only one way to heaven. And that is through Jesus Christ.

Wow, I am suprised you can be so narrow-minded as to not recognize that asking questions like this one prove that the real problem is your thinking patterns. FYI Muslims were the original free thinkers. Thanks to them we have math, language, architecture, astronomy..and so much more. While the so called "civilized" Europeans were intent on killing and conquering throughout the entire middle ages, the "Arab" countries were figuring out that the sun was the center of the universe, that the arch could allow taller and sounder structures, that writing could become an art form unto itself (and belonged to the people!! not just the priesthood) and that mathematics were the key to everything from the calculating the circumference of the world (which they did figure out with only a 150ish mile inaccuracy in 1300's) to the position of the planets in the solar system. Because of the destruction of so many differen societies within Europe by the neighboring countries, half the knowledge we have of the past prior to 1100 would be lost, save for the value the Islamic societies put on knowledge and safe-gaurding said knowledge.
Read a book. You can because they contributed to the belief that we peasants had a right to.

I'm not Muslim, but your question should be, Why if we are all humans can't get along with each other? Why are we causing so much trouble around the world if we are all humans and the same race? Why are there so many fanatics in everything: sports, religions, politic, etc? Come on! Be part of the solution and not of the problem. Next time also you may ask, "What can I do to make this world a better place to live in?"

Let me show you the troubles muslims are facing.....iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine now and previosuly Bonia, Chechinya, Indonesia, Iran,Lebnon,somalia and yet a long list ! label a single country which muslims are occupyin this time and carrying killings there?? ofcourse None......

'Blame the victim' is such a common notion ! tell me sincerily, did you make this research yoruself or just tellign what media is projecting?its yet again a long discusion why media is doing this all !

We do condemn the terrorists in our community at all the grounds but have you ever seen other communities condemning the terrorists in their comunity?

Man !!! why generalization is applied to muslim community only !!If few ignorants are doing something wrong why they are taken to be our representative ?there are 1.3 billions muslims and if all of them were terrorist, this world would have ended long ago !

Do you know the history of Christianity? With the witch hunts and crusades? Those may be over but still things happen in the name of Christianity. Also in the name of other religions. And off course, let's not forget, the ones who don't look for excuses...
Plus, I believe the Islam is the second largest (or first?) religious group on the planet... yet, you only hear of select individuals who use it as excuse...

Darling, how can you judge me without ever meeting me?
My feelings were hurt when I read your question. I am just an American college student studying abroad in Germany. I have nothing to do with terrorists and nor do I think that they are right. All types of violence is wrong.

Anyways, why don't you try meeting a Muslim? You will be surprised to find out that they are humans just like you.

Why do you ask? I find any fanatic of ANY religion intimidating. If anything, muslims have been defaced. Don't judge them as a group, judge the individual after you get to know them, but keep in mind that people are liable to change.

I don't hate Muslims. People who hate Muslims are ridiculous - it isn't being Islamic that makes people terrorists! It's a state of mind, economy, cultural values, current locale/psychological situation that makes them so.

If 1.6 people are born to cause troubles, do you know what thw world would look like?

I think i don't cause any trouble at all! If all of us do this, you can't be able to live! Don't make generalization, be logical!
