first let me ask you.. how old r u?? btw, there are many ways to get tall very fast.. but its not advisable... but the best way is to do stretching EVERY MORNING... you have to maintain stretching.. and just search the net for good exercise tips.. i know one which i know will help a lot.. try standing in front of a wall facing against
maybe 1 or 1.5 meters away from it.. then try bending backwards and touch the wall.. hold it a couple of secs. go back to original position and do it again.. try doing this everyday and add some more.. by the way.. more calcium intake.. helps alot...
