Hey..I think you look so cute.Actually,I like long hair more than short hair;mine is not that long & not that short. Anyway,I think in your case,both are o.k. because your round face fits both but it's better to have an advice from a hairdresser or something & see which hair cut suits you the most...

In your case I suggest to cut your hair and MAKE SOME OF YOUR HAIR ON YOUR FACE and i think you will be perfect

Start with chin lenght. If you like that you can always go shorter.
