I heard that the ancient Greeks were among the first to particpate in boxing for sport in the ancient Olympics, and that it was bareknuckle.

Does anyone know what was and wasn't allowed? Could they kick? Fight in a clinch? Was there a count of 10 or did the match last until someone went unconcious?

Interesting to note that one of the Olympic Champions of ancient Greek boxing may have been sponsored by Aristotle.
