Im Trying to put some muscle on but im not sure which cardio is best espechily for Abs, running, rowing, cycling? any thoughts?

For Abs, do rowing. To build muscle/endurance any of the 3. Cycling is known to be one of the best if not the best form of excersize in terms of what you gain and how minimal the wear and tear on your body ratio.

Cardio exercises really depend on you and what you like. Of course running, walking, and swimming are the most popular as these require no money and can be done just about anywhere. Since you are trying to increase your muscle mass you may also want to think about lifting weights 3 times a week. Hope that helps!

Well... swimming is a good way to relax muscle at the same time workin them so... its nice after the gym to relax and train at the same time. to get the maximum profit of the cardio on ur muscle trainning, do a little running before 5 to 10 min.
