i have a scar on my forehead which i have had for a year and a half, any way to get rid of them

No easy way. There is a cream called Mederma that helps if applied regularly soon after the wound heals. Also, if a keloid or scar builds up you can have plastic surgery to remove the scar tissue. Vitamin E is also rumored to help if applied. Keep it out of the sun. That only makes it worse.

I have been using 2 products recommended to me by my beauty therapist by a company called Environ (I think the website is www.environ.co.za) on my keloid scars on my chest that I have had for about 15 years. I have tried all sorts of dermatological treatments, including the terrible cortisone injections into the scar itself (did nothing, hurt a lot).

I use Derma-Lac lotion in the evening and Essenti-A Oil morning and evening (after Derma-Lac). I have used them for the last 8 weeks and for the first time ever, the scars have faded from red to mostly normal skin tone and they are starting to flatten. They still have a way to go, but my family commented on the difference last time they saw me.
