If the oven is new then it's safe to use but after 8 or 9 months it is very important to cover the vessel where food item is kept.Otherwise, the essential nutrients will be destroyed and you'll find your self having tasteless food.

yaa its good and healthy as in microwave only the food is warmed up and the protins and vitamins are not destroyed like wise on gas. So go ahead and heat and reheat and eat.

Heating food in the microwave is safe but it depends on what your'e re-heating. dont reheat chicken or meat that walked with 2 legs. its safe to heat up meat that walked with 4 legs though. also dont re-heat eggs. cooled down dinners are ok.

Yes and often when reheating things like frozen vegetables it keeps more nutrients in than cooking on the stovetop.

i don't it's good .... its better that v eat fresh food.....
V might get food poison, if reheated; that too during summer food get spoilt quickly..
