I don't know what your asking specifically but I would assume that you want to know what we can do about the concrete waste created when we destroy a building or road that is made of concrete. If that is the case then your answer is that there are recycling methods already in place that process used concrete and turn it back in to new material for use in new construction. The problem exists not in the concrete itself but the steel reinforcement bar (re-bar) that runs through so much of the waste concrete. To properly recycle the rock the steel has to be removed. Currently there are no techniques that are cost effective and quick, and therefore the process is prohibitive and not economically feasible.
